Regional Manager, LIHTC/HUD - DC/Northern VA
The Franklin Johnston Group
The Franklin Group is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of LIHTC/HUD properties in the Northern VA/DC area. You will drive financial performance, staffing, and compliance across multiple sites. Qualified candidates have 3–5 years multisite management experience, Tax Credit/HUD expertise, a BA/BS, and strong leadership and communication skills.
