Systems Administrator

Our client, a government agency in the public sector, is seeking a Systems Administrator to join their team. As a Systems Administrator, you will be part of the IT support department supporting the technical needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Systems Administrator

Location: Waukesha, WI - This position is ONSITE for the first 4-6 weeks. Afterward, candidates may be able to work a Hybrid schedule.

Duration: 12+ months with highly possible extension / extension

Pay Range: $25 - $28 / hr. on W2

What's the Job?

• Provide remote support for Windows 11 operating systems, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, iPhones/iPads, and other peripherals.

• Assist users with technical issues, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software problems efficiently.

• Support and maintain Microsoft Office 365 and TEAMS applications to ensure seamless collaboration.

• Utilize ITSM tools such as Cherwell or ServiceNow for incident management and inventory tracking.

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to improve technical support services and update business processes as needed.

What's Needed?

• Experience providing remote support for Windows 11 and related hardware/software.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and TEAMS.

• Experience working with ITSM tools like Cherwell or ServiceNow.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Current residency in Wisconsin; onsite support required for the first 4-6 weeks with potential for hybrid work afterward.
