Position Summary

Seeking a Service Technician to install, service, and maintain access control systems, surveillance cameras, low-voltage cabling, and related security devices. This role will support customer sites while working independently and alongside a team of technicians.

Key Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in physical security, low-voltage, IT, electronics, or related field
• Experience with access control and surveillance systems
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Access control devices and electrified door hardware
• CCTV/Camera systems
• Low-voltage cabling (Cat5/6, Fiber)
• Wireless access points
• Security system troubleshooting and maintenance
