Vice President Of Sales

We’re hiring a Vice President of Sales for our Home Care agency. They cover multiple regions across the State of Florida.
The Company:
- Provider of Home Care – Private Duty and Long Term Care insurance
- Established for over 12 years
- Private equity-backed
- Looking to expand into multiple States
The Role:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth across private pay and long term care insurance
- Lead, mentor, and expand a team of Account Executives to achieve growth targets
- Ride alongs and group meetings
- Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to align sales strategies with company objectives and market trends
- Represent the organisation at industry events
Required Competencies:
- Home Care experience
- Leadership experience in Sales
- Organized
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Well connected in the State of Florida
