Night Shift Plant Maintenance Mechanic

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Inspect, test, and maintain mechanical systems in accordance with safety standards. Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams. Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding, and fabrication techniques. Commitment to safety and adherence to operational procedures. Flexibility to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
