Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Shipping Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient shipping and receiving processes, supporting order fulfillment, and maintaining smooth warehouse distribution. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Please note: the schedule for this role is Tuesday through Saturday from 7am to 3:30pm CST. Duties Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) Load and unload trucks efficiently using equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, forklifts, and loaders while adhering to safety protocols Stock shelves and organize inventory through proper stocking techniques, ensuring products are stored safely and accessibly Conduct order picking with precision to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines Ensure all shipments are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit, following packaging standards for e-commerce orders Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities to maintain accurate stock levels Support shipping & receiving functions by verifying inbound/outbound shipments against documentation and resolving discrepancies promptly Operate reach trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts safely to move large quantities of stock within the warehouse Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to safety guidelines and best practices for warehouse cleanliness Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or similar equipment; forklift certification is a plus Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or MRPs is highly desirable Strong basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and verifying quantities Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with order fulfillment processes Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy boxes, standing for extended periods, and operating warehouse equipment safely Excellent attention to detail for order picking & packing accuracy Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay for our Team Members Superior, industry-best Total Rewards program Paid time off Exemplary health benefits through BCBS 401k plan with a dedicated financial advisor Financial education program, and top pay for our Team Members.
