You have to be able to:

• Perform vehicle diagnostic and determine the appropriate repair
• Follow installation and operating manuals
• Understand repair plans and execute
• Communicate effectively with company/service advisor
• Monitor repair time update team properly
• Read manufacturers diagrams and drawings
• Operate a variety of automotive tools
• Be a great learner
• Work with teammates
