About the Opportunity

TalentWoo is recruiting a Marketing Account Manager for an established, growing national home improvement and residential remodeling organization headquartered in the Phoenix area.

Our client operates a nationwide franchise network and has developed an in-house marketing services agency to support franchise owners with integrated media planning, marketing strategy, lead generation, and performance management.

This is an opportunity for an experienced agency account manager or marketing strategist who enjoys working directly with business owners, managing marketing investments, and translating campaign performance into real business results.

Important: This is an account management and marketing strategy role—not a hands-on paid media execution position. Dedicated internal specialists manage advertising platforms and campaign execution. You'll own the client relationships, integrated marketing plans, budgets, and performance conversations.

What You'll Do

Own Franchisee Relationships

• Serve as the primary marketing advisor for a portfolio of franchise owners and local markets.
• Lead onboarding, strategic planning, monthly performance reviews, and ongoing account management.
• Develop trusted relationships with independent business owners who make their own marketing investment decisions.
• Support client retention, renewals, and appropriate opportunities to expand services.

Develop Integrated Marketing Plans

• Create quarterly and annual marketing plans based on local market conditions, revenue objectives, and lead generation goals.
• Partner with internal media specialists to coordinate paid search, paid social, broadcast television, streaming/OTT/CTV, and other marketing channels.
• Recommend media budgets, channel mix, campaign priorities, and investment adjustments.
• Manage budget pacing and ensure marketing plans stay aligned with franchisee objectives.

Translate Marketing Performance Into Business Results

• Lead performance reviews covering cost per lead, cost per appointment, cost per job, return on ad spend, and other key metrics.
• Evaluate the entire customer acquisition funnel, from advertising investment through booked appointments and completed sales.
• Identify whether performance challenges originate in media, lead quality, appointment conversion, or downstream sales execution.
• Turn data into clear recommendations and action plans for franchise owners.

Coordinate Internal Marketing Teams

• Work closely with digital, broadcast, creative, brand, and media execution specialists.
• Ensure campaigns, creative assets, offers, and media plans launch accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate priorities, timelines, responsibilities, and communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Provide franchise owners with one cohesive, strategic marketing experience.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in advertising agency account management, marketing client services, integrated media strategy, or a related field.
• Experience owning client relationships and being accountable for performance, retention, or account growth.
• Advertising agency, franchise marketing, multi-location business, or home services marketing experience strongly preferred.
• Broad understanding of digital and traditional advertising, including paid search, paid social, broadcast, and streaming/CTV.
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting marketing dashboards, budgets, and campaign performance.
• Ability to confidently advise business owners and executives on marketing investments and results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel occasionally for franchisee and business meetings.

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000 annual base salary
• Annual performance bonus opportunity of up to 15%
• Total potential annual cash compensation: $97,750
