Our client, a leading organization in the Facilities and Construction Services industry, is seeking a Buyer 4 to join their team. As a Buyer 4, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting Facilities-related Services Contracts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

What's the Job?
- Coordinate facility-related RFPs and vendor selection processes.
- Analyze vendor proposals, pricing, and service offerings.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communications.
- Coordinate contract reviews and legal approvals.
- Manage contract execution through signature completion.
What's Needed?
- 57 years of experience supporting Facilities, Construction, Real Estate, or Building Services projects.
- Experience in service procurement, including RFP/RFQ creation and vendor evaluation.
- Proficiency in contract review, working with Legal teams on redlines, SOWs, and service agreements.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend management and vendor performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
