Supporting editorial projects remotely, the part-time Assistant Editor will coordinate assignments, track deadlines, and assist with editing and project management tasks in a contract role. Key Responsibilities Coordinating assignments for freelance writers, editors, and medical reviewers Tracking deadlines and ensuring articles progress through the editorial pipeline Updating project information in Jira and organizing files in Google Sheets and Drive Required Qualifications Organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable communicating with various contributors Experience with Google Workspace Familiarity with Jira or WordPress is a plus, but training can be provided Virtual Vocations Inc
