Heart to Heart Hospice
Heart to Heart Hospice is seeking a dedicated Triage Registered Nurse in Texas to provide after-hours telephone triage for hospice patients and families. You will coordinate on-call visits, ensure timely documentation, and support the care team with compassionate guidance. Qualified candidates hold a current State RN license, a valid driver's license with insurance, and have at least two years of RN experience.
