About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Legal for Global Infrastructure and Projects. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in leading the legal strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of global projects, including real estate, power procurement, data center design and construction, and related business services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing commercially minded legal guidance across the full project lifecycle, from site selection to risk management, and will play a central role in shaping the delivery of critical infrastructure on a global scale. The role demands a seasoned legal professional with over 15 years' of experience, a proven track record in large-scale, multi-jurisdictional digital infrastructure developments, and deep expertise in commercial real estate, construction, regulatory frameworks, and commercial contracting. Key responsibilities for the Senior Vice President of Legal include partnering with executive leadership and project teams, advising on legal aspects of regulatory compliance, and overseeing the legal side of complex commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a strategic, commercially minded approach to legal problem-solving. They should be adept at managing external counsel, influencing decision-making at the executive level, and be capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
