Leasing Manager

We are partnering with a well-established real estate company to identify a Leasing Manager for one of Chicago's premier luxury residential communities in Lincoln Park.This is an excellent opportunity for a leasing leader who thrives in a high-touch environment and understands that resident experience, presentation, and attention to detail are critical to maintaining a best-in-class property. What You'll Do: Lead and mentor a team of leasing professionals Drive new lease activity and resident renewals Partner closely with property management and operations teams Create an exceptional prospect and resident experience Monitor market trends and competitive properties Execute outreach, marketing, and business development initiatives Maintain high standards of presentation throughout the community Help ensure occupancy and revenue goals are consistently achieved You: 3+ years of residential leasing and/or property management experience Previous team leadership or management experience required Strong sales and closing skills Experience within luxury or higher-end multifamily communities strongly preferred Real estate license preferred Base salary: $65,000 - $85,000 + Commission + Bonus Schedule: Full-time, onsite, Monday-Friday-Standard 8-hour workday Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
