Job Overview Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, inventory, COGS and tax compliance. Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Develop, manage and maintain a sales reporting system for financial statement and sales commission purposes. Work with the CEO and CCO on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Partner with the CEO and department heads to provide actionable financial insights. Support board and investor reporting. Develop KPIs, dashboards, and financial models to guide business decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting and ability to build budgets Team-oriented mentality and a willingness to take on tasks and responsibilities as needed. CPA or similar highly preferred. Experience in a startup, VC-backed, early-stage or high-growth company environment.
