Clinical Team Lead Supervisor

The Clinical Team Lead Supervisor provides clinical leadership, supervision, and program oversight for a multidisciplinary FACT/ACT team serving adults with serious mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and complex psychosocial needs. The Clinical Team Lead ensures the delivery of high-quality, recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and evidence-based services consistent with ACT fidelity standards and program requirements. This position supervises clinical staff, coordinates treatment services, monitors client outcomes, ensures compliance with regulatory and funding requirements, and collaborates with community partners, hospitals, law enforcement, probation/parole, and other stakeholders to support client recovery and community integration. Knowledge of ACT/FACT model principles and fidelity standards. Strong understanding of serious mental illness, co-occurring disorders, trauma, and recovery-oriented care. Experience with crisis intervention, risk assessment, and de-escalation techniques. Knowledge of Medi-Cal documentation and behavioral health regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency with electronic health records and data management systems.
