Qualifications

• Certifications NBSTSA (CST), NCCT (TS-C), NBSTSA (CSFA), NCCSA (CSA), or ABSA (SA-C)
• Certifications BLS or BLS (AHA)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Adult Cardiothoracic in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years.
• Travel Experience 6 weeks of travel experience.
• Skills Assessment ACT skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years. 1 reference within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent or temporary employee of Ascension Health in the past 6 months.
• Additional Confirmations I am willing to work 2 out of the 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's) during my assignment, and I understand I will not be able to choose which holiday I will have off.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Ability to scrub Open Heart, TAVRs, Mitral Valves, and vascular cases. Ability to set up ORs efficiently and timely. Experience or ability to second scrub for robotic and orthopedic procedures.
• Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
• Requested Time Off Up to 5 days of time off can be requested.
