This position is integral to our team and provides an opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a dynamic and forward‑thinking team. Responsibilities Electronically file legal documents with Florida courts. Correspond with clients, courts and opposing clients. Assist in the preparation of legal documents. Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines. Liaise with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals. Ensure all legal documents are processed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain and organize legal files and databases. Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role. Prior and/or current experience supporting attorneys with medical malpractice practices. Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive approach to problem‑solving with strong decision‑making skills.
