Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a local company to search for a Social Media & Content Coordinator to support its marketing efforts. This position will create and manage content highlighting the company’s projects, properties, employees, and community involvement.

The Coordinator will manage day-to-day social media content and assist with photography, video, website updates, graphic design, and other marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts and develop a content calendar.

• Create posts, stories, reels, short-form videos, photography, and other visual content.

• Write social media captions and basic website/blog content.

• Create basic graphics and marketing materials using established brand standards.

• Assist with website updates, marketing projects, and campaigns.

• Monitor social media engagement and basic analytics.

• Work with departments throughout the company to identify content opportunities.

• Capture photos and video of projects, properties, employees, and events.

Qualifications

• Experience with social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram.

• Strong photography, videography, and visual storytelling skills.

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Basic graphic design experience.

• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

• Comfortable working with people and capturing content in a variety of settings.

A creative, organized, and self-motivated individual who enjoys photography, video, writing, and social media and can identify opportunities to showcase the company’s work and people.
