Marketing Associate

Support day-to-day marketing operations, including budgeting, vendor management and planning Manage marketing projects and channel campaigns (digital, events, conferences, thought leadership) Execute email marketing campaigns and manage content creation, list generation and distribution Maintain website content and marketing collateral, keeping materials current and on-brand Develop and improve marketing workflows, SOPs and process documentation Support client/investor-facing events, including webcasts and webinars Coordinate stakeholder communications, approvals and meeting follow-through Prepare reports and presentations, and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness Requirements / Skills 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or financial services marketing Experience in alternative investments or asset management preferred Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Experience with digital marketing platforms and email marketing tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM/CMS experience a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Mission Staffing
