Marketing Associate

Brooklyn, NY | Full-Time About the Position We are seeking a Marketing Associate to support a variety of marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and promotional projects. You'll work with our team to coordinate campaign activities, organize marketing resources, engage with customers, and help bring new marketing ideas to life. This position offers exposure to several areas of marketing, including campaign coordination, brand awareness, events, market research, customer engagement, and promotional strategy. Your Role As part of the marketing team, you'll contribute to both ongoing campaigns and new initiatives. Responsibilities will vary depending on current projects, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad range of marketing and business skills. Your responsibilities may include: Coordinating day-to-day marketing and promotional activities Supporting the launch and execution of new marketing campaigns Assisting with customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives Organizing campaign materials, marketing resources, and promotional assets Supporting events, pop-ups, and community marketing activities Conducting research on customers, competitors, and market trends Collecting feedback and identifying useful customer insights Tracking campaign activity and helping compile performance information Maintaining project timelines, marketing calendars, and deadlines Supporting digital marketing and social media projects when needed Updating campaign and customer information within internal systems Collaborating with other team members to keep projects moving forward What You Bring We value potential, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
