Manufacturing Production Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$16.50 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves installing hardware components, operating hand and power tools, inspecting finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Install studs, lugs, and related hardware according to specifications
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Inspect products for quality and accuracy
Follow work instructions and production schedules
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Manufacturing Production Qualifications:

Must be able to pass a tape measure and math test
Ability to read basic blueprints and technical documents
Strong mechanical aptitude and technical ability
Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a manufacturing setting

Applicant may be subject to a background check
