Commercial Lines Account Manager

We're seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee a high-volume portfolio of small commercial accounts. You'll manage renewals, handle policy changes, resolve billing questions, and engage with customersno prospecting required.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple accounts, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Manage a book of small commercial accounts (approx. $2M in annual premium)
- Oversee renewals, amendments, endorsements, and billing inquiries
- Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy across all client transactions
- Partner with underwriters and agency teams to deliver timely, professional service
What We're Looking For
- 35 years of commercial lines insurance experience (wholesale experience a plus)
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- High integrity and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (on-site Wednesdays & Thursdays; remote otherwise)
