Data Center Operations ManagerActioNet has an immediate opportunity for a Data Center Operations Manager requiring a Public Trust Level 5 Investigation, Vienna, VA and surrounding areas. ActioNet is an IT service provider and solutions integrator headquartered in Vienna, VA that works with the Federal Government and Department of Defense. Provide comprehensive Data Center Operations 24/7 support, ensuring optimal IT system performance, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning. This role involves technical problem-solving, incident management, and collaboration with higher-tier support and external vendors.Key Responsibilities:Respond to IT support requests via web submissions, emails, and phone.Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate as needed.Log all incidents in ServiceNow and provide resolution to common IT problems.Support asset tracking, data center consolidation, and disaster recovery efforts.Participate in daily standup briefings and provide updates for status reports.Monitor, report, and remediate system issues using tools like SolarWinds and SCOM.Requirements:Expertise in IT systems troubleshooting, system administration, and network management.Experience with incident, change, and configuration management.Familiarity with virtualization, capacity planning, and performance management.Strong knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery practices.U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Public Trust Level 5 clearance.Preferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and enterprise IT systems.Leadership experience in managing data center staff and 24/7 operations.Active CompTia Sec+ or Role based certification as outlined by DoD 8140M.ActioNet is a CMMI-DEV Level 4, CMMI-SVC Level 4, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, HDI-certified, woman-owned IT Solutions Provider with strong qualifications and expertise in Agile Software Engineering, Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, and IT Managed Services.
