We are currently seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)/ Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team in PRN positions. As a member of our caregiving team, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate, person-centered care to aging adults in a home or residential setting.

Requirements

• Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification required
• Previous experience in home health care, assisted living, or a similar caregiving role preferred
• Ability to provide person-centered care based on each client's needs
• Experience supporting older adults preferred
• Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing compassionate care
• Must be flexible and able to work as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Support clients with daily activities and follow the Plan of Care
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with medication reminders and light daily support tasks as needed
• Monitor clients and report any changes in condition
• Maintain client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
• Document care provided according to company guidelines
• Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
