What You'll Do

• Assist in Urology procedures such as stone cases and stent placements
• Support surgical teams and patient care activities pre- and post-operation
• Maintain sterile field and assist with equipment setup and sterilization
• Monitor patient conditions and report critical findings
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols in a clinical setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care

What You Need

• Valid nursing license (RN) in Wisconsin
• Prior experience in Urology or surgical units preferred
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
