Bristol Glen, a United Methodist Communities campus in Newton, NJ, is hiring a Healthcare Administrator to lead our 60-bed health center. What You'll Do: Lead financial, quality, and operational performance for the 60-bed health center's departments, reporting to the Executive Director Maintain compliance with infection control, fire safety, sanitation, and universal precaution standards Coordinate state health inspections and survey processes, and manage relationships with residents, families, physicians, and government agencies Build and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and operating supplies Lead our compliance program, including the Compliance Hotline and standards of conduct Meet regularly with residents and families to address concerns and build trust Recommend and implement process improvements that support the community's goals What You'll Need Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in a long-term care setting Active New Jersey Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license Preferred: Master's degree 5+ years of managerial long-term care experience Certified Aging Services Professional (CASP) certification Pay and Benefits Pay: $110,946 to $138,682 per year, based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Group life and voluntary life insurance Tuition assistance, professional development, and e-learning Generous paid time off plus 9 paid holidays Retirement plan with employer match Employee assistance program and discount programs Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No weekend or holiday coverage required for this role.
