Remote Volunteer Partner Communications Specialist

With your generosity, we fund youth empowerment programs that provide underserved youth and young people with a safe place to call home, a family that loves them, a feeling of community, and opportunities to learn, build self-esteem, and have fun. ,Help Believe in Me keep Community Partnership Program communications clear, timely, accessible, and useful for schools, nonprofits, service providers, and community partners. We are seeking volunteer Partner Communications Specialists to coordinate approved updates, newsletters, onboarding messages, resource alerts, event invitations, and follow-up. Responsibilities Maintain partner communication calendars, audience segments, templates, and approval workflows Draft email, web, newsletter, presentation, and partner-toolkit content Coordinate program updates, resource changes, training, deadlines, events, and calls to action Verify dates, links, contacts, eligibility language, accessibility, and source information Respect partner preferences, opt-outs, privacy, and communication frequency Track delivery, engagement, questions, and needed follow-up Collaborate with outreach, onboarding, directory, data, training, and program teams Avoid promising funding, referrals, eligibility, endorsement, or services beyond authorization Qualifications Experience in communications, partner relations, nonprofit programs, email marketing, public relations, administration, or community engagement Strong writing, proofreading, organization, audience awareness, and follow-through Familiarity with email platforms, CRM, accessibility, templates, and analytics Ability to coordinate approvals and protect partner information Multilingual communication experience is helpful This is a remote, recurring role open worldwide. Expect approximately 3–6 hours per month.
