Full-stack Developer

Design, build, and maintain features across the full stack (frontend, backend, APIs, databases) Manage code through Git/GitHub — version control, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines Use AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to speed up development, debugging, and code review Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) for their own features Coach other developers on how to test their own code — reviewing test coverage, flagging edge cases, and explaining testing rationale during pairing sessions and code reviews Establish and maintain lightweight testing standards, checklists, and best practices for the team Deploy and monitor features in production, troubleshooting issues as they arise Collaborate with product and design to scope and deliver features end-to-end Primary Location Base Pay Range: Belgium - Ghent €54,400 - €90,800.
