Plant Controller

Our client in Western Ohio is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to join their team. In this role, you will oversee the accounting and financial operations of the plant, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, account reconciliations, and month‑end close activities. In addition, the Plant Controller will be responsible for cost accounting, inventory accounting and controls. In addition, the Plant Controller will be responsible for variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and partnering with plant leadership to support operational performance and achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of progressive accounting and finance experience within a manufacturing environment. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Candidates should also have hands‑on experience with a large ERP system, such as SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics, along with strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, SUMIFS, and other financial analysis tools. This is a full‑time, permanent position that is 100% onsite in Western Ohio. Compensation $100,000–$130,000 annually, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
