Part‑time Receptionist – Hey Baby 4D Enfield Hey Baby 4D Enfield is a private 4D ultrasound clinic located on Green Lanes in Winchmore Hill. We are currently seeking an experienced receptionist to join our busy team for up to 16 hours a week across two days. Work may include weekends. Responsibilities Booking appointments for customers both over the phone and in person Welcoming customers to the clinic and assisting them with any queries Taking payments Acting as a chaperone where required (you will be asked to complete a short qualification for this) Assisting with the cleaning of the clinic and equipment Taking customer feedback and relaying this to the management Completing job‑specific training Qualifications & Requirements Experience in either reception or administration work Excellent customer service skills Excellent IT, verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in English (required language) Will need a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check before start and to maintain it throughout employment Applicants must be at least 18 years of age Hours & Schedule Up to 16 hours per week Thursday 11:30 AM – 8 PM Friday 09:30 AM – 6 PM Job Type and Salary Part‑time Salary: To be discussed Seniority level Entry level #J-18808-Ljbffr Hey Baby 4D Franchise
