Senior Product Designer

6+ years of digital product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating world‑class visual craft across apps, platforms and product experiences. Mastery of visual fundamentals: typography, color, grid, hierarchy, iconography and motion. With the ability to articulate and defend design decisions, Interaction ad UX fluency: has designed flows, states, and systems, not just screens. Collaborates with UX leads as a peer. High‑fidelity prototyping skills in Figma, Framer, ProtoPie or code (ideally in Claude Code/Design or similar). Active integration of AI and generative tools in the design process, with a clear POV on where they accelerate craft and where they don’t. Experience contributing to new business pitches and presenting work to senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to mentor junior and mid-level designers and run craft reviews.
