Assistant Store Manager Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for leading and inspiring a team of store associates to achieve sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and cultivating a positive work environment. The Assistant Store Manager will ensure store operations meet the standards of the company and drive profitable sales results.

Assistant Store Manager Duties and Responsibilities

· Maintain store and visual standards while creating a welcoming, engaging, and safe shopping environment

· Lead and motivate store associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet performance goals

· Develop and maintain relationships with customers

· Identify and resolve customer service issues

· Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
