Recruiter Position

Our client, a leading staffing and workforce solutions provider, is seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources Department supporting the recruitment and staffing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Identify, assess, and place candidates across various roles to meet client needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and community partners
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year experience in recruiting, customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Taleo, Bullhorn) is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
