Cool Care Heating, Air, Plumbing and Refrigeration | Columbia, SC

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to lead residential retrofit and replacement installations. The ideal candidate has experience managing a two-person installation crew and enjoys coaching and developing helpers or apprentices.

Experienced HVAC Installer

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, with overtime available as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead residential HVAC retrofit and system replacement installations from start to finish
Train and support installation helpers or apprentices
Perform equipment startup and verify proper system operation
Answer customer questions and explain installed products and equipment
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout each project
Report to the shop each morning, clock in using ServiceTitan, and prepare for scheduled installations

Qualifications

At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
Previous lead installer experience preferred
EPA Universal Certification required
Experience training or mentoring installation helpers
ServiceTitan experience is a plus
Must have basic HVAC hand tools
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
