Position Overview Cube Root is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as an Owner’s Representative and support our team on small projects nationwide, typically under $10M, focused on mechanical and electrical systems work. Responsibilities Act as Owner’s Representative overseeing project completion. Manage all aspects of project management including estimating, scheduling, design management, bid phase, constructability reviews, project accounting, and contract management. Ensure projects meet owner design and engineering requirements and standards. Advocate for the owner and coordinate with designers, contractors, and other professionals. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, interior design, or related field. Active PMP Certification or scheduled to obtain within six months of contract award; must provide exam date at award. 5‑7+ years of progressive experience managing building design/construction projects for commercial, government, educational, etc. 5+ years of project management experience directly managing Design and Construction Projects as an Owner Representative, with demonstrated experience managing designers and contractors.
