Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify mental health concerns and establish comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients, employing evidence-based techniques customized to their specific needs and challenges.
• Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals and closely monitor their progress throughout the duration of treatment.
• Utilize teletherapy options to offer clients the flexibility of virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those who prefer or require it.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Ability to foster a trusting and empathetic therapeutic relationship through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate compassion and a non-judgmental approach to clients' experiences and challenges.
• Possess strong organizational skills to efficiently manage your caseload and associated administrative requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with various mental health diagnoses and presenting issues.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Proficiency in providing teletherapy services is advantageous.
• Experience in a collaborative team environment and with interdisciplinary care approaches is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
