Press Brake Operator

The Press Brake Operator will operate CNC Press Brake machinery and ensure precision in metal fabrication processes. This role requires attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Set up and adjust the press brake for various bending operations, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and angles.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production schedules.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor machine operations and quality of finished products, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document production processes and report any issues to management.

Requirements Experience operating press brakes and shear in a manufacturing setting preferred. Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes, tools, and safety practices. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Ability to perform mathematical calculations related to measurements and dimensions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
