CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team! The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience operating CNC machines, with strong knowledge of blueprint reading and precision measurement tools. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform machine offsets and tool changes as needed.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers to ensure product accuracy.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machining issues.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of CNC machining experience OR 1+ year of experience with CNC certification.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T principles.
• Proficient in using precision measurement tools (gauges, calipers, micrometers).
• Ability to make machine offsets and perform tool changes.
• Strong CNC lathe abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with different CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas).
• Basic understanding of machining materials and cutting speeds.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• CNC certification is a plus.
