Purpose of Role:

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will support and improve manufacturing processes, production systems, and equipment to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products. You will partner closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, reduce costs, improve productivity, and support new product implementation.

The Impact (What You'll Do):

• Optimize manufacturing processes by evaluating workflows, equipment layouts, and production methods to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying Lean Manufacturing principles and implementing solutions that reduce waste, improve productivity, and lower costs.
• Support production operations by identifying process improvements, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead manufacturing projects and engineering changes by developing standard work, evaluating costs, and coordinating implementation activities.
• Support new product launches by designing manufacturing processes, creating work cells, developing staffing models, and ensuring production readiness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related field).
• One to three (1-3) years of manufacturing engineering or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production equipment, and process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Project, ERP systems, or similar applications preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
