Physical Therapist - Outpatient - Healthplex

Role: Physical Therapist in outpatient rehabilitation, focusing on improving patients' quality of life through hands-on care, patient education, and prescribed movement. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, reassess progress, educate patients and families, document care accurately, communicate with healthcare team, and adhere to departmental policies. Participate in educational activities, safety standards, and special projects. Qualifications: Less than one year of experience or new graduates encouraged to apply, with a Bachelor’s degree (Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred), NM licensure, and BLS certification.
