Oil Sales and Service Rep II

Local Class B Route Driver – Sanford, NC Noble Oil is seeking a local Class B Route Driver to operate a company vehicle to collect used oil, water, and antifreeze from customers while meeting D.O.T. requirements. The driver will maintain vehicle appearance and operation, provide information on company services, and assist in sales opportunities. Benefits Health and safety priority (3-6-5 schedule) Competitive hourly wages plus commission Local Monday‑Friday schedule with nightly home return Comprehensive health benefits after 30 days of full‑time employment 401(k) plan with company match Employee Stock Purchase Plan Paid time off and company‑paid training & tuition reimbursement Growth opportunities across all career stages Responsibilities Operate company vehicle (100+ miles daily) to collect used oil Travel occasionally for overnight stays, weekend, and out‑of‑town work as needed Perform daily inspections of vehicle interior and exterior Complete daily, weekly, and monthly log sheets (company & DOT) Generate service receipts for all customers every day Use a halogen detector to assess oil or antifreeze contamination Collect oil (≤5% water), water, and antifreeze from various accounts daily Monitor truck inventory via stick readings Provide sales leads for additional services to Recovery Department weekly Coordinate with Recovery Services to resolve customer service and routing discrepancies Communicate with Customer Service daily (AM, PM, and upon departure from major regions) Submit fuel receipts daily Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid Class A or B CDL license At least two years of commercial route driving or equivalent military driving experience Excellent driving record Hazardous Endorsements or ability to obtain Tanker Endorsements or ability to obtain Strong communication skills (oral and written) Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds Ability to read maps, follow directions, and work independently EEO Statement Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing access, equal opportunity, and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities.
