The Role:
We are seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to represent our services in the Houston region . This role is ideal for someone with industry experience or strong networks in title, real estate, construction, or engineering . You’ll be the face of Burns Surveying in the area, driving growth through client connections and market outreach.

Responsibilities:

• Network with title companies, realtors, builders, and engineering firms



• Attend local industry events and represent the Burns brand



• Communicate service value clearly to prospective clients



• Manage your territory, generate leads, and close new accounts



• Collaborate with operations to ensure client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven sales or client relationship experience



• Prior experience or connections in land surveying, title, real estate, or construction is a strong plus



• Self-starter who enjoys working independently



• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and follow-up skills



• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally

With the help and guidance of our surveyor and mentor RPLS Barry S Rhodes, our Surveyor in Training (SIT), Kevin Brotherton, and our hardworking and dedicated staff, we have grown the company into what it is today while maintaining the family atmosphere. Beginning with only 3 employees including TJ and Barry, we have grown to over 100 employees and each has become a member of our family.
