Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and coachable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is a remote, commission-only roleperfect for self-starters who are ready to learn, serve, and earn. No prior experience in insurance or sales is required; we'll provide all the training you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential clients through warm leads
Educate families on insurance options based on their needs
Conduct virtual consultations and guide clients through the application process
Maintain communication and follow-up with clients and prospects
Use CRM tools to manage activity and track progress
Participate in ongoing training and team meetings
