We are recruiting an experienced Environmental Attorney for a highly respected Northern California law firm with a growing statewide environmental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to handle sophisticated environmental, water, regulatory, and litigation matters while working collaboratively with an established team. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple phases of environmental litigation and regulatory compliance , including case management, discovery, motion practice, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Ideal experience includes: Environmental and water law Environmental, toxic tort & habitability litigation Regulatory compliance and enforcement matters Clean Water Act & Porter-Cologne Act CEQA & NEPA CERCLA & RCRA Endangered Species Act Water rights and voluntary cleanup programs Land use experience is a plus Candidates should have 5+ years of environmental law experience , excellent research and writing skills, and the ability to manage sophisticated matters while collaborating with clients and colleagues. The role also provides opportunities to mentor junior associates and contribute to the continued growth of the environmental practice.
