Community Manager (5968)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Community Manager to join our client’s team. This is a remote, direct hire position. SALARY: $65,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply. REQUIREMENTS Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram — not just usage but genuine platform fluency Lives on social media, naturally engaging with conversations, trends, and community activity Strong responsiveness and community-mindedness — actively engages in DMs, comments, mentions, and tags Highly organized, disciplined, and able to work independently through daily/weekly checklists Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — notices opportunities, trends, and problems without prompts Authenticity in representing the brand — personable, relaxed, socially savvy, capable of natural communication RESPONSIBILITIES Manage daily engagement across TikTok and Instagram, including DMs, comments, mentions, and notifications Build relationships with customers, creators, influencers, and potential partners Identify opportunities through community activity, content, trends, and conversations Track and follow up on customer questions, requests, leads, and partnership prospects Develop creative strategies to grow and activate the community Collaborate with the owner to test new engagement ideas and improve community interaction Maintain a consistent brand voice in all interactions NEXTPATH WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS NextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
