Production Lead: Lean Ops & Safety

Prysmian Group in Abbeville, SC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead shift operations on the plant floor. You will mentor associates, manage safety, quality, and productivity, and coordinate with maintenance and logistics to meet production goals. The role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing experience and 1–3 years supervisory experience, strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to use measuring equipment.
