Job Opportunity

This is a remote field-based position with no regular in-office requirements. However, the selected candidate is expected to spend approximately 80% of their time within their assigned territory meeting with clients, prospects, and business partners. To effectively support the territory, candidates must reside in the area of Saint Charles, Illinois.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop new business relationships to drive revenue growth and expand market share while increasing profitability within existing accounts. Identify opportunities by leveraging knowledge of client needs, market trends, products, and services. Conduct consultative sales presentations for prospective and current clients, demonstrating how the organization's solutions can help achieve their business objectives. Build and maintain a strong referral network and execute a strategic calling program to generate leads, strengthen relationships, and drive sales results.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Two to three years of relevant sales experience
• Ability to travel

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Basic knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations
• Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills
• Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues
• Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
