Production Operator In Traditional Services

As a Production Operator in Traditional Services, you will support the accurate and timely production of legal documents and correspondence. This role performs high-volume document production activities while ensuring quality, confidentiality, compliance, and adherence to established service standards. You will support attorneys, paralegals, clients, and internal teams by producing accurate, professional legal documents and maintaining efficient workflow processes. This is for a second shift position. Shift will be 4pm-12am Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume copying, printing, and document production activities.
• Scan, index, and organize documents for storage and retrieval.
• Bind, assemble, and finalize legal and business documents.
• Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments while meeting established deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Operate and maintain production equipment including printers, copiers, and scanners.
• Follow established procedures, workflows, and quality-control standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to operate copiers, scanners, printers, and related production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree, post-secondary coursework, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in document production, legal support, records management, or similar operational environments.
• Experience using document management systems.
• Knowledge of document scanning and indexing processes.
• Legal document production experience.

The base compensation range for this role will be $17.00 - 20.00 an hour and will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
