Program Specialist – Boosterthon As the Program Specialist, you will be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses, helping schools reach their fundraising goals and deliver engaging student experiences. Responsibilities Teach and present a character-based curriculum to students. Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser. Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school. Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators. Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team. Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect professionally and enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff. Positive attitude and optimism when interacting with clients and the team. Growth mindset with a continual desire to learn and grow personally and professionally. Strong judgment, self‑awareness, and emotional intelligence. Outcome‑oriented and hard‑working with a sense of timely, efficient completion. Enthusiastic engagement with students, faculty, and staff. Additional Requirements Licensed driver with reliable transportation. Pass a Booster background and motor vehicle check. Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day. Availability full day from 7:00am to 4:00pm on scheduled workdays. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $17–$19 per hour, non‑exempt. Travel opportunities and recruiting bonus.
