Marketing Account Manager

Full Time - Remote - North America We’re looking for an organized, proactive Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams. This role is responsible for keeping accounts organized, projects moving, communication clear, and deliverables on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable managing multiple clients and projects at once. You should be someone who can anticipate what needs to happen next, follow up without being asked, and make sure both clients and internal team members have the information they need to get their work done. This is a position for someone who thrives in handling lots of logistics, keeping things orderly and moving forward. You should like working with systems and doing the organizational and communication work that allows the creative parts of the team to efficiently do theirs. Strong presentation skills are a must with this role. You will need to lead meetings and respond easily and knowledgeably to clients in the moment because you know their accounts inside and out. Professionalism and building a strong rapport with clients is essential. You should anticipate their needs and bring things up to clients before they ask for them. At the same time you need to be able to hold a strong line with clients regarding the scope of work, turn around time on projects, and how projects are executed so that our company's workflow stays on point. Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, utilizing text, slack, and email Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, professional communication Lead client calls, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and communicate clear next steps Manage multiple client accounts, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables simultaneously Translate client requests and feedback into clear, actionable tasks for internal team members Assign tasks and ensure the appropriate team members have the context, assets, information, and deadlines needed to complete them Track projects from request through completion and ensure deliverables stay on schedule Follow up with clients for outstanding approvals, assets, feedback, or information Follow up internally to keep projects moving and prevent deadlines from slipping Maintain organized project management systems, content calendars, documents, and client materials Coordinate between social, design, creative, advertising, and other internal teams Review deliverables for accuracy and ensure client feedback has been addressed before final delivery Communicate timeline changes, priorities, blockers, and updates clearly to both clients and the internal team Anticipate upcoming client needs, deadlines, launches, events, and deliverables rather than waiting for requests Keep leadership informed of account status, potential issues, and anything requiring escalation Help maintain efficient internal workflows and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Work proficiently in Clickup (our project management software), diligently responding to work assigned and keeping things moving through the pipeline Apply if this describes you: Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication, especially presentation skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities at once Extremely detail-oriented with strong follow-through Comfortable communicating directly with clients and leading calls Proactive mindset — you naturally think ahead and identify what needs to happen next Ability to turn conversations and feedback into clear action items Strong time-management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Collaborative and comfortable coordinating across multiple departments Reliable, accountable, and able to take ownership of projects from start to finish Adaptable to new processes and technologies Willingness to learn and grow in their position An attitude that says rather than it can't be done Working for Pizza Cake means: Working with clients across industries you've always wanted to be part of like music, live entertainment, tech, e-commerce, gaming and more.
